Shoulder Impingement, shoulder instability, injuries to the rotator cuff and subdeltoid bursitis are common shoulder problems. A specific diagnosis can lead to a more specific course of treatment, however the exercises shown here will help with thoracic and neck posture which in turn improves the position of the scapular bone. Other exercises help generate good patterns of shoulder movement and could provide the basis of appropriate rehabilitation.
