Ultrasound Guided Injections

If you are in pain with your shoulder, knee, elbow, hip, foot, ankle, wrist or hand then we can help.

With over 25 years of NHS work delivering physiotherapy and guided injections, Chris Creaghan is a senior practitioner with refined clinical skills.

Don't just guess !

The scan image shows the guided placement of the needle into the shoulder bursa.

Even when an inflamed bursa has been diagnosed it is seldom larger than 2 mm or 1/12 inch. It is therefore essential that the needle is guided into the correct position to ensure there is no damage to the tendon and the injection is deposited at exactly the right place.

At £75 for a guided anti inflammatory injection and only £65 for a full clinical examination including ultrasound scan, can you afford to wait?

Osteoarthritis of the knee joints is a common problem.

Joint aspiration followed by injection therapy can

provide several months of relief.

The placement of the needle for aspiration is clearly seen under ultrasound. This ensures no further tissue damage occurs.

The big toe joint often gets sore and inflamed. From too much running to the wearing of high heeled shoes; joint inflammation can make life uncomfortable.
